  HAVE ONLY GIVEN THE 5 STARS SO IT WILL BE SEEN AND EVERYONE KNOWS NOT TO WASTE THERE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! Made an order about 2 weeks ago we recived it which was quite a big order as we had family round was quite expensive our order which we had nachos on and they came without salsa we called up and explained and they was very rude and just said no they don't come with salsa?! Which we new they did as we had them from there before. So the guy on the phone Billy who was very rude said we would get sent free ones on our next order as they couldn't send them that night coz they said they was too busy. So we called up tonight to make an order and again Billy answered and we was told very rudly to call back in 15 minutes as they was busy! So we called made our for two cookies which come with ice cream but they forgot the two ice creams. So my brother called up and to get a separate order and was told they would be delivered with them which they didnt! Called back up and was told they would re send them when they had the chance. They are an awful service extremely rude! Never have a recived such customer service. Will never being using these again as there a waste of my time and money!!

  Absolutely appalling! Tried to order some pizzas only to be told they didn't do the toppings that they advertise on their website menu?
  I decided to just go with what they did have!
  After 40mins I received a phone call from the delivery man asking for directions to a completely different area?
  After explaining where I was located, he said I was out of the delivery area? my location was actually closer than the area he was trying to find in the first place!
  He then said the manager would call me to explain, I received no phone call.
  So if you have really hungry kids waiting for pizza, do your selves a massive favour and make your own it will be much quicker
  Terrible all round service

  Wow! What an amazing experience. Just got the best service and with the special offer that I was recommended on the phone, just got the best value for money too! Great service, fast and really friendly. This is now my new favourite Pizza delivery service. Thank you Pizza Hut Woking.

  Tried it a couple of time and waited so long for the pizza to be delivered that we didn't really want it anymore.
  The pizza was OK though.
  So plan well ahead when ordering.
