  Immaculate rooms, staff are extremely helpful and the food is fantastic, it's just unfortunate that they are digging up all the roads in the area at the moment and has made it very congested so harder to reach the hotel. Only small problem me and my friends who were on the same floor encountered was that the toilets flush stopped working properly.

  I have eaten here before and it was okay. This time I ordered a mixed-grill and it was apalling. The fried egg was part raw, the egg-white translucent and snotty. I had inadvertently put some in my mouth and it made me gag. The meat was flashed, no more. I asked for the steak prepared medium-well and inside it was blue and bloody and the meat felt chilled to the touch. Horrible!!! Worst meal ever. The chef argued that it was my fault because in her opinion that I how the dish should come. Funny that, because I've had the mixed-grill in that very restaurant several times in the past and it has always been cooked and enjoyable. Raw egg and raw meat is unpleasant. It cost me £22.80 for a plate of inedible food. Prawn cocktail starter was nice. I suppose the prawns were pre-cooked, else I'm sure the chef would serve them raw. Appalling; never going back there!

  Rooms excellent staff polite breakfast awesome. The biggest drawback and worst thing is lack of premier inn car park have to use local car.parks which is far too expensive
