  Good value Laser Quest and Bowling - good fun and friendly staff! Great for some time out or for some competitive Laser Quest in the member's programme.

  The place is amazing and there are tons of things to do (e.g. arcade, laser quest or bowling...). The only thing is you have to book or else there is a huge chance you wouldn't be able to do laser quest or bowling. However, the arcade is always available.

  Waited at the till for 10 minutes before being served by a woman that seemed like she wanted to eat me by the way she kept looking at me whilst there. Uncomfortable. What followed was the most irritating games of bowling I've experienced. Balls not returning, Our lane shutting down randomly multiple times and no help from staff when called. About 4 or 5 bowls weren't registered witch took a further 15 minutes total of faffing about before fixed. Towards the end of our last game it shut down randomly again and a member of staff came over, a young girl with very very poor customer service, no hello she instantly said our games were up and essentially told us to get lost when we disputed it she huffed like a child and told me that we should return our shoes immediately. When we got to the counter there was no greeting at all from the girl. Dead silence. Whilst putting my shoes on I overheard her talking to a colleague insulting us.. Essentially paid £16 to get mucked about by the bowling system and slagged off by very un-professional staff member. Horrendous experience turning a day out on a day off into a waste of time and money.
